& Process

Got referred by a former colleague. They got back to me in a day to set up a phone interview. The recruiter was a bit disorganized and asked for my phone number after the scheduled interview time, but then didn't call. After chasing them up a few times, the recruiter finally contacted me to reschedule. After what we both thought was a good call, she said she'd follow up quickly and wanted to bring me in the next week. She never replied to my follow up, and then two months later told me they hired someone else.

I sent in my application and then got to chat with the recruiter. After that, a hiring manager gave me a call. I then went in for an onsite interview where I met with four people. Following that, I had a second onsite interview to meet with a VP. It was a good experience overall; everyone I met had clearly looked into my background and asked interesting questions.

I had a phone interview with a recruiter, then another with someone in the marketing department. The last interview was with about 4 or 5 people in marketing at the actual office in San Francisco. Everyone was nice and chill, and the questions weren't too hard. The office is also cool. The whole thing took about a week, depending on scheduling.
