The interview process flowed really well and was organized from start to finish. They kept in touch, and told me what to expect at each step. Andrea and Wendy were super helpful and quick to respond, making it feel easy and good. I always knew what was going on and felt like they cared about me as a candidate.

Behavioral Presentation

Went through a 5-stage interview process, made it to the final stage which involved a presentation. Got positive feedback throughout and felt good about the role. Put a lot of effort into the final presentation. But ended up getting rejected with almost no useful feedback. The recruiter said I presented well but didn't look enough into competitors, which wasn't clear earlier. Felt disheartening to be rejected for one thing after so much work. The feedback call was super short and unhelpful, could have just been an email. After five stages, I expected better feedback or a clearer process. Interviewers were professional, but the process felt too long, unrealistic, and discouraging. Hope OpenTable makes it simpler and gives better feedback to candidates who put in so much time.

Behavioral Case Presentation

It was a really good interview process. The senior recruiter was helpful from the start, offering prep sessions and checking in. There were four parts to it: first, a screening, then an interview with the director, next, a role-play with the hiring manager and director, and finally, one with the senior director. They always gave feedback and told me about next steps quickly. I also liked that I could pick interview times that suited me. I got the offer just a few days after the last interview. Overall, it was a great experience. Everyone was nice, supportive, and answered my questions, making me feel comfortable. The role play was the best part, very interesting and gave good insight.
