Behavioral Case

The interview process was really clear and organized, and overall a great experience. They kept in touch well, letting me know what to expect and making it easy to get through each step. Everyone was friendly and supportive, which made it feel less nerve-wracking. It felt like a team that really cares about being open, professional, and welcoming.

Started with a quick chat with HR about my previous experience and to check my basic skills and knowledge. They asked about my background and to confirm my suitability for the role, and also inquired about my salary expectations. After that, they explained the rest of the interview process.

The interview process was short because we found the pay wasn't a good match. They were very fast to respond to my application and set up an interview for the same week. It was a standard interview asking about my background and why I applied, and what skills I could bring. I was surprised by the salary offer of only $50K/year for an Account Executive in Washington DC, as my research showed much higher base salaries. I declined to continue because the pay cut was too significant.
