Software Engineer
The interviews were fine, but the overall process felt too long. It started with a standard recruiter screen (around 30 minutes). Then there were a few more rounds: a 1-hour pair programming session, a 45-minute Wonderlic personality assessment, and three 45-minute sessions that were mostly behavioral. After that, the recruiter told me two teams were interested, so I had another 45-minute interview with a project manager. A few days later, the recruiter mentioned ANOTHER 45-minute interview with a PM from a different team! I decided to withdraw from the process at that point because it was taking too much time, especially since I was interviewing elsewhere.
- Aside from the 1-hour coding session, were the interviews mostly cultural/behavioral?

Systems Analyst
I went through two interview rounds, one with a recruiter and another with the hiring team, and they both went really well. I was initially told there would be three interviews total. However, they added a fourth panel interview with the Business Operations team at the last minute. But then, an hour before that interview, it got canceled. They informed me that the role was being changed into a senior/lead version and an offshore associate position. Soon after, it seems both roles were moved offshore. I was repeatedly told I'd hear back about the lead role within two days, but I never did. After a few polite follow-ups, I was completely ghosted. It really gave me a bad impression of the company's professionalism and how they treat candidates.
- Can you talk about a Salesforce solution you designed that made a business process better?
Intern
I applied online and the whole thing took about 4 weeks. A week after sending my resume, they asked for two writing samples, an academic one and a short journalism piece. Another week went by, and then they called me for a 30-45 minute phone interview. It was pretty standard, mostly behavioral questions like challenges, leadership, etc. They also asked about SEO experience, but were cool about it as long as I showed I wanted to learn. I got the offer about two weeks later.

Customer Success Manager
I spoke with a headhunter on the phone, who I later found out was a contractor, not an OS employee. Then I had a phone interview with the CS team manager, followed by an in-person meeting with her. After that, I met with a CSM and someone from the support team. I thought the in-person interview was the second round, but I was told they'd let me know if there was a second interview. I never heard back. Be aware, when I asked the headhunter about the salary, he misrepresented it, saying it was $15k higher and part of it was variable, which I only learned during the in-person interview.
- Can you tell me about your current role?
