First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at OpenLink Financial.
QA Engineer
It was a breeze, quick, and I actually enjoyed the interview process. They had me talk to the right people from the start, so I didn't have to jump through hoops or go through a bunch of interviews to get the offer. The questions were tough and made me think, some took a while to figure out, but by the end, I had a really good sense of who I'd be working with.
- How would you approach testing quality into an application?
Quality Assurance Analyst
I filled out a questionnaire asking about my experience and references. Then I interviewed with 4 people from 2 different teams. I also had to demonstrate the QA process I used at my last job.
- Could you elaborate on your quality assurance process?
- What is your approach to quality assurance?
- Can you provide a more technical approach to quality assurance?
QA Analyst
I had a paper test and then 2 interviews with employees and 2 with managers. The whole thing took about 3 hours. After the interviews, things moved really slowly. I had to call them a few times before they finally got back to me after 3 weeks.
- Can you describe your responsibilities in your last role?
