I first had a chat with a manager about my background and school stuff. Then, I was set up for an interview with some developers where they asked basic Java and OOP questions. About one to two weeks later, I went to the office and met with managers and developers. I got my offer there and they gave me a due date. I talked to a manager about the job and salary, and he said he'd see about making changes. Over the next week, he didn't reply to my emails. On the due date, someone else called, really mad that I hadn't accepted the offer. It was super unprofessional.

I was reached out to by the Recruitment Manager who felt my background was a good fit. We had a relaxed chat where they asked a few key questions. They wanted to know my reasons for seeking a new position, to make sure I wasn't just looking for a change of scenery. This was quickly followed by a technical test over the phone and then a face-to-face interview. The whole process was really smooth and they kept me informed.

The interview process included an initial phone interview, followed by a face-to-face meeting with two senior developers, and then a final round with HR. During the meeting with the senior engineers, they asked technical questions related to my previous projects, and I had to draw diagrams on a whiteboard and answer questions about Java. It was well-organized.
