I applied online and a recruiter reached out. We had a quick chat, and I set up a phone interview with two people in the role. About a week later, the recruiter contacted me again to set up an in-office interview. I met with four people for two hours, and it seemed to go well until I overheard them welcoming a new team member for the same job I was interviewing for. So unprofessional and a waste of my time! The recruiter messaged me the next morning saying they decided to go another way, which I already figured.

Behavioral Presentation Other

The hiring process is quite lengthy, and it seems they're more interested in molding candidates to fit their specific way of doing things, rather than hiring individuals with prior industry knowledge or a clear understanding of the job's actual responsibilities. Be sure to have your resume ready and come prepared with a lot of questions.

Behavioral Other

I went through 2 phone interviews. The first one was with an HR Manager and lasted 20-30 minutes where we discussed the potential role and my background. The next phone interview was with 2 people in the role that I was applying for. Although I have my suspicions that one of the interviewers was a little more advanced in the company. Both of those phone interviews were role playing exercises. These were difficult as they intentionally did not provide you any material to prepare for the interview and you were thrown into the fire dealing with specific issues that the company deals with that you do not know how they choose to resolve.
