I applied online and then a recruiter called me to set up a phone interview with an engineer. The phone chat was short and to the point. They asked me to talk about my internship. The engineer seemed happy with my technical skills and didn't ask more tech questions. After that, I was set up for an onsite interview, and they covered all my travel costs. The onsite had five one-on-one interviews. They covered both technical and behavioral aspects. There was also an IQ test and a technical test. Both were pretty easy. I heard back about the offer in 5 days.

It was a long interview process, and I had to do two technical tests. The first was an easy puzzle test with some personality questions, and the second was a technical power systems test. After that, I talked to about 8 different people. I found myself repeating information about myself and learning about the company over and over again. It was good to speak with so many different people and hear their perspectives, but it was frustrating to have to give the same self-introduction to everyone.

Applied through indeed.com and after about a week, the HR reached out. She asked some general questions via email, like if I was open to relocating and about my salary expectations. Then, there were two phone interviews, one with a Manager and another with the VP of Product Management. After that, I was invited for an onsite interview. At the onsite, I met with 6 people in total: 4 technical folks and 2 HR people. The questions were pretty good, a mix of logical and conceptual ones, not too difficult though. I also had to complete a technical test and a general aptitude test while I was there, both of which were timed. The general aptitude was easy, and the technical test covered questions similar to what was asked in the interviews. Everyone was really nice and friendly, making it a great experience until the offer came in, which was about $13,000 less than my current salary.
