I went to a job fair and gave them my application. Then I got a phone call for a quick, non-technical chat. After that, they set up an in-person interview at their office. I had about five interviews back-to-back with HR and department managers. They started with a tour and explained the business and products. Each manager asked questions and talked about working there. It ended with a simple IQ test.
