SCADA Engineer
I was contacted by phone and scheduled for an interview a few days later. There were four rounds: a technical lead, a manager, HR, and the MD.
- What do you know about OSI?
SCADA Engineer
So the first round was technical, then there was a managerial round, and finally an HR round. In the technical part, they just went through my resume and asked questions related to SCADA/EMS/DMS applications and my previous work experience.
- Can you tell me about your resume and experience?
- What are your thoughts on SCADA/EMS/DMS applications?
- Describe your previous work experience with your current organization.
SCADA Engineer
The interview process was broken down into four rounds. Round 1 was an introduction where I talked about myself. Round 2 was a technical interview, and Round 3 was an HR interview. The final round, Round 4, was an interview with the managing director. The company really emphasized technical skills and knowledge about SCADA. Rounds 2 and 4 were pretty tough, but if you know your stuff well, you should be able to answer them.
