Case Behavioral

The entire process was really smooth and Marcela guided it very well. All the job details, as well as salary, were presented clearly and directly. After the first stage, there was a very well-thought-out case study that was connected to the job's reality. The whole process felt human, effective, and very practical.

Behavioral Presentation Other

About a week after I applied, I got a call from HR. My first chat was with HR, then I had a second interview with the sales manager and team lead. Right after that second interview, the same day, they gave me the offer over the phone and by email. The whole thing moved pretty fast, took about a month total.

Behavioral Technical

I had the interview 3 months ago. I wasn't receiving any response about the status of my application. I wrote to the Recruiter and she told me she forgot to let me know that I didn't get the job. She said I didn't get it due to technical reasons regarding the number of years of experience, which was a lie because I met the requirements. They are still interviewing people and asking them to share the search. Whatever. Thank goodness I didn't get it. Very unprofessional.
