So I had this interview with the CEO, which was wild, right? It was super fast and I felt like I couldn't even speak before it was over, and I had to wait a bit too. Then, they invited me for a whole day thing where I went out in the field with someone who works there. It was pretty cool to see the job firsthand and I liked hanging out with that person. They offered me the job and I said I could start in a month. They said they'd hit me up before then but then... nothing. So I was kinda confused about what was going on. Also, the training guide they gave me had a bunch of mistakes in grammar and punctuation.

I thought I had applied for Marketing Associate, but it turned out to be for a Management Trainee role. The interview was held at their Chicago office with over 10 other university students. An interviewer called people in and out about every 15 minutes, and I was seen about 45 minutes after my scheduled time. The interview felt short and rushed, with the interviewer focused on checking boxes and taking notes instead of having a real conversation. It seemed like they prioritized filling a checklist over personality fit. I received a callback saying I was in the top 20% and advanced to the next round, but I withdrew from the process because of the poor initial experience and the misleading application.

Scam. Beware. When they finally gave me the hiring paperwork it is sketchy as hell. You basically sign a paper that releases them from obligation to compensate you for your work. They wanted me to sign a document with an unfilled blank indicating my wage. No way. Google Josh Peace a little further. He ran a similar operation in London and it is piled with bad employee testimonies. Don't waste your time that you could be using to find real jobs, don't get sucked in. I think it is sick he forcing his employees to post 5 star testimonies on here. What a scumbag operation.

Got an email about the job I applied for, and they wanted to meet. I went in for a quick chat, and then I spent a day with the team. During that day, I looked at some in-store promotions for a client.
