Customer Service Representative
The interview process was quite straightforward. It started with a typing test and some basic situational questions. This initial interview lasted about 20 minutes. I received a call the same day to set up a second interview, which was a one-on-one with the manager. It was very relaxed, and the manager was friendly. They asked more questions about hypothetical scenarios, my motivation for applying, and so on.
- What would you do if a customer was angry?
Customer Service Representative
Had an interview with the manager who handles the daily operations. This manager is extremely busy because the owner doesn't prioritize employee well-being.

Customer Service Representative
I applied online through indeed and got an email the next day to start the interview process. The first interview was a brief test of typing skills, reading comprehension, and short answer. It was a little strange, but I got a call back after that for a face-to-face interview. My interviewer was very polite and answered all my questions to the best of her ability. I perceived her to be honest with me. I am waiting to hear back on an offer for employment or not.
- Can you describe a situation where you disagreed with your manager's decision and explain how you handled it?
