The interview process was quite straightforward. It started with a typing test and some basic situational questions. This initial interview lasted about 20 minutes. I received a call the same day to set up a second interview, which was a one-on-one with the manager. It was very relaxed, and the manager was friendly. They asked more questions about hypothetical scenarios, my motivation for applying, and so on.

First, I spoke with some employees back-to-back, then I had a one-on-one chat with the owner. This whole thing happened over a few days. Mostly, it was just chatting with the current team to see if we'd vibe, no real job stuff at the start.

I applied online through indeed and got an email the next day to start the interview process. The first interview was a brief test of typing skills, reading comprehension, and short answer. It was a little strange, but I got a call back after that for a face-to-face interview. My interviewer was very polite and answered all my questions to the best of her ability. I perceived her to be honest with me. I am waiting to hear back on an offer for employment or not.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process was a bit all over the place, but nothing about the company itself seemed concerning. It wasn't entirely clear who I was talking to at first regarding their roles, but that became obvious once I was hired. The CEO was part of the interviews but didn't say much and didn't add a lot.
