We started with an ice breaker, followed by a group discussion, and then a panel interview. It was very traditional and formal, with 10-14 people in each round. I'm not sure if they can really screen candidates this way; it probably depends more on which university you graduated from than your interview performance.

There were 3 rounds of interviews: an HR interview, a manager interview, and a team head interview. A written test was part of it, but it wasn't too hard. For the team head interview, you had to speak in both English and Mandarin.

Technical Behavioral Group Presentation
The interview process involved an onsite assessment with a numerical test, an Excel test, a personality test, and an email writing task. Following this, there was an HR interview where they asked about my CV, my motivation for the role, behavioral questions, and my understanding of the job and the company. A group discussion was also part of the process, and then there was a final interview.
