First, there was a phone chat with HR where I had to fill out some forms. After the data science team looked at my info, HR asked me to come to their office for a test and a panel interview with the tech staff. The test had 40 multiple-choice questions, mostly on traditional data science topics like statistics and logistic regression, and a few on neural networks. The two interviewers were nice.
