Customer Service Representative
The interview process was quite strange. The two managers were really snobby and rude. Even though I met all the qualifications, they acted like it was odd that I had only worked at my last job for almost 4 years, as they tend to prefer people with about 10 years of experience in the same role. To make matters worse, I know an employee there, and apparently, they were talking negatively about what I wore to the interview, saying I didn't dress well, which they claimed was why I wasn't hired, even though I dressed very modestly and professionally. The HR person later contacted me to offer to keep my application for another position, but at that point, I was so put off by the two managers that I was done with the company.
- Could you explain why you haven't stayed at your previous jobs for longer than 10 years?
Customer Service Representative
The interview went well using Google Meet since I couldn't make it in person. They asked about my experience with the job scope, the company culture, what my expectations are, and my future plans. They also asked if I was okay with being hired right away.
- Can you start immediately this week?
Customer Service Representative
The interview I had was about 45 minutes long. It was a pretty chill experience, and the people interviewing me were really nice and not scary at all. They were super approachable, so don't hesitate to ask them anything you need to know. Honestly, just really kind folks.
- Can you introduce yourself?
- Tell me about your educational background.
- Could you share some details about your family background and hobbies?
