The interview started with a 20-30 minute screening call from the recruiter. This was followed by a one-hour virtual interview with a panel of two people: the hiring manager and a senior manager. They each took turns asking a mix of behavioral and technical questions. It felt like they were faking interest and then ghosted me, never providing updates or responding to follow-ups. They also set misleading expectations about the timeline for a decision. The whole process felt disorganized, with the full hour spent on questions without really discussing the role itself. They seemed to be looking for a reason to reject me, and I didn't see much diversity or evidence of valuing innovation. It felt like they weren't being upfront about the process or timeline, which is disappointing.

Applied online. Got called in for an interview about 2 to 3 weeks later. Interviewed by two very inviting people. They asked a lot of questions, mostly the ones I saw in other reviews on this site. You should prepare well. I'm waiting to hear back.

The entire interview process, from when I applied to getting the offer, took about 3 months. There was just one interview, which lasted for an hour and included both technical and non-technical questions. I got the offer about 3 weeks after the interview.
