So I had my first interview, it was just a quick phone call with the recruiter, asking some basic HR stuff. Then, the same day, they called me back to set up the second interview. This one was in person, and I talked to two managers. They were super nice and asked me like 3 or 4 behavioral questions, and then the rest was all technical. After about three weeks, the recruiter called me to let me know how it went.

Behavioral Technical

It was a basic interview with not much technical knowledge tested. I was asked to talk a bit about what OPG does and discuss my past experiences. Mostly personality-based questions were asked, like typical interview questions where a situation is presented and you have to explain how you would act. I was also asked to explain the basics of how nuclear power generation works.

The first interview was online and included standard STAR questions, plus a few electrical ones. The second interview was in person and was more hands-on, with basic electrical questions and a test on using a multi meter. The interviewers were really professional and nice.
