Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at OnPassive.
Associate Software Engineer
The hiring process was great and positive. The HR team was really helpful during the interview and onboarding, and the team members were also very good and supportive throughout all parts of the application lifecycle.
- Can you discuss your foundational knowledge and areas of expertise?
Software Developer
The first round was with external recruiters and it went well, leading to selection. The results were also prompt. However, the onpassive HR team was extremely unprofessional. We had to prompt them to schedule interviews, and on three separate occasions, the interviewer did not show up after the interview was scheduled. I don't understand how busy someone can be to do that. If you don't intend to hire, don't initiate the process. They completely wasted my valuable time.
