The hiring process took about 2 weeks and involved meeting with the HR Manager, the Dev Team Lead, and the Director. All three were very nice and made me feel comfortable. The final interview with the Director was quite memorable; he asked many questions and then surprised me by offering me the job on the spot. The HR Manager then joined the call to go over the offer details. They offered flexibility in scheduling, allowing me to choose my preferred time slot from their given options.

I went through a three-stage online interview process. Each interview felt very thorough and professional. The first one was with HR, where they asked about my background, current role, and future aspirations. It was a relaxed chat, and I was given ample time to talk about myself. Next, there was a technical interview that delved into my professional skills, with questions tailored to my resume and experience. I noted that Online seems to value teamwork, so understanding collaboration methods like Agile or Waterfall might be useful background knowledge. The final interview was with the Director of Technology Consulting Services. This seemed to be about assessing cultural fit, covering not just technical aspects but also how I handle challenges and work with colleagues.
