The interview process was pretty chill. I first met with the head of HR at their office on Oxf. Street. Since I hadn't applied for a specific job yet, they considered me for a few openings. They offered me a full-time store management role, but I mentioned I preferred part-time, which I had also said during the interview. So, they offered me the sales assistant role I actually wanted, and I accepted. Then, I was assigned to a store for a trial. For about 2 hours, I was supervised after someone explained the brand's main focus and customer service approach. My task was to approach customers and be helpful, confident, and eager. Apparently, how well you fold panties doesn't matter as much as your customer service skills (and potentially increasing profit). After the trial, I got the official offer. I was then assigned to a store and had a chat with the store manager, which all went well.
