Behavioral Other

The interview process can vary depending on the specific needs. However, Ocwen has not been hiring for a while, so the process might be different now. It usually starts with a phone call, followed by an HR interview, then a Voice and Accent round over IVR, and finally, a discussion about the annual salary package.

Other

The interview process felt a bit unusual and rushed, not very professional. The recruiter was overly energetic and talked a lot. It was my first interview, and it left a bad impression. While the recruiter was approachable, they also seemed distracted and didn't actually ask me any questions about myself. There wasn't a structured process. They seemed really eager to hire someone quickly, which suggests there might be underlying issues, and apparently, many employees aren't happy.
