Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Onity Group.
Business Analyst
The interview process was professional but sometimes disorganized. It started with a test, then a face-to-face round, followed by an aptitude test, which was a bit surprising for a BA role but part of the process. The final round was a panel interview via conference call with the US team. The whole process was quite long and required patience due to the number of candidates, but the staff was cooperative.
- Questions about BRD were asked
- Questions about FSD were asked
- Questions about UAT were asked

I applied online for a job in Coppell. A recruiter contacted me and sent me an online personality assessment that took ten minutes. Then I was called in for a face-to-face interview with two people. The recruiter was great and professional throughout the whole process. The interview was simple, no tricky questions. I left feeling positive and got the job.

There were two interview rounds. The first round was a written test covering PL/SQL and MS Excel. The second round involved a 50-question aptitude test to be completed in 12 minutes, followed by a face-to-face interview.
