- Why do you want to ask me?
Software Engineer
Got a call from a recruiter first for a 20 min chat about my background, experience, and interest in the role. They also talked about the company and the job. Then, I got a take-home technical assessment to do in 48 hours, with real-world problems related to the job. It was tough but fair, letting me show my skills. The last part was a panel interview, in person or video, with the hiring manager and two team members. They asked about behavior, situations, and stuff from the take-home test. It was professional but chill.
- Tell me about a challenging work situation and how you dealt with it.
Software Developer
Got an invite from Naukri after my resume got shortlisted. First up was a live coding round where I had to solve some programming problems on the spot and explain how I'd tackle them. After that, I had the HR round where we chatted about my background, what I can do, what salary I'm looking for, and if I'd be a good fit for the company.
