So the interviews were about 4 in total. First, I talked with the hiring manager, mostly to get a better understanding of the job and introduce myself. Then, I had a chat with the Director of Sales Development about motivation and behavioral stuff. After that, there was a take-home assignment that included researching an account, writing an email, leaving a voicemail, and doing a mock cold call. The last interview was with the RVP of Sales, where we talked about motivation and my future plans. It all wrapped up in about 3 weeks.

It was a total of 5 rounds, starting with a Recruiter phone screen. The whole experience was pretty great, and it's a big reason why I decided to join the company. I genuinely enjoyed talking to everyone, and they made the entire process a real pleasure. The steps included interviews with HR, the Hiring Manager, a take-home email writing test, a mock cold call (which involved going through the email test with another manager), a call with the global SDR head, and finally, a call with the Regional MD.

The interview was a phone call. The interviewer called me punctually, but seemed agitated. They attempted to discourage me from accepting the role and pushed for a commitment.
