It was a 4 stage interview. They had me do a presentation to a panel where I had to explain how I'd run my territory and dive deep into pipeline gen, collaboration, and sales execution. After the presentation, they asked me a few questions related to those topics.

Behavioral Technical

I applied through the website and heard back from the talent team in under 24 hours to set up a call. Usually, these things feel super automated, and you're lucky to get a real person or understand the interview needs before the first meeting. That wasn't the case here! I was really impressed by how quickly they got in touch and how they prioritized human interaction over generic emails. The first Zoom meeting was straightforward; it was honest and focused on seeing if both sides were a good cultural and background fit. It felt like Onfido genuinely valued diverse experiences and backgrounds. In the end, I didn't get the job because it was actually a bit too junior for my experience. But, Lori Stegall, my contact in the talent team, was fantastic. She gave me clear and helpful feedback super fast, instead of leaving me guessing or ghosting me. This happened within 24 hours, even though the hiring manager was out of town. I kind of expected not to get it and was prepared for feedback since that first chat highlighted the mismatch between the role and my expertise. I'm not upset about it. The whole process showed me they're efficient, people-focused, and still a place I'd want to work for if a better fit came up. I can't comment on what it's like to actually work there, but I left feeling it's still a company I'd recommend and would like to be a part of.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

First, I had a call with the Talent Manager. Then, a second call with the hiring manager, which felt like a cultural fit interview. Finally, the third interview was with two Engineers and the Sales Manager, where we discussed an Account Plan, Territory Plan, and my 30/60/90 day plan.
