Quality Assurance Analyst
The interview process was pretty straightforward. I had an initial phone chat with the recruiter, followed by an hour-long phone interview with the QA director which went well. Then, I linked back up with the recruiter to schedule an in-person meeting. During the onsite, I met the QA I would be working with, some other team members, and a QA lead. I didn't have to do multiple rounds of interviews because they were impressed! I'm not sure if they even do multiple rounds typically. A few days later, I received an offer and have been here since. When I interviewed, I was upfront about what I wanted from a company, and 'perks' weren't my priority. They do offer them, though. At that time, I was so over my previous job that my attitude was 'This is me. This is how I operate. If you don't like it, that's fine and I'll move on. No hard feelings.' Apparently, that resonated well. During orientation, the company founder talked about the company culture. It was awesome because pretty much everything I said in my interview was echoed by him. It felt like a great fit, and I think I've found my new workplace.

QA Engineer
So the interview process was pretty smooth and happened at a time where the company was growing really fast, so they weren't wasting any time. I had a call with HR, then a tech call with a current QA, and then an in-person interview with the manager, another QA, and a product manager. After that, they called me to discuss the offer. I didn't get to see the office or meet everyone because they were in the middle of moving, which would have been nice to get a feel for the culture and the people. My tip is that they are super upfront about everything, so don't hesitate to ask HR any questions if something concerns you, especially about work-life balance, before you accept. You should ask about the daily work, expectations, and stuff like that.
- Can you explain the basic differences and purposes of HTTP methods like GET, POST, and PUT?
QA Analyst
We had our first round, a written test, when Trust visited our campus in August 2018. The test had three parts: 15 MCQs on quality assurance, 10 aptitude questions, and 5 Q&A questions. It was pretty easy. Then, we moved on to face-to-face interviews, which had 4 rounds. The first round was technical, with lots of scenario-based questions, queries, and some coding. The second round was a mix of managerial and technical, involving more coding and situational questions. The third round was managerial, where we were asked to create test cases again. The final round was a formal HR interview. In the end, 10 of us, including me, got placed.
