I got referred by a colleague who got a position there. There were 2 technical rounds, each about 15-20 mins. The only good thing was the interview duration. I'd advise the hiring team to make candidates comfortable, not just interview them. Nobody knows everything, so if they don't know something, don't just stare. Try to ease the tension. If you think someone isn't a good fit, just tell them. Don't smile while staring; it made me forget my technical skills, Java knowledge, and even my address. I was already a bad candidate, and the interviewers made it worse.

I went through 2 rounds of interviews. The first one was pretty easy, they asked me a riddle about 12 marbles to figure out which one was heavier. After passing that, the second round was a 30-minute kick-off with 3-4 critical thinking questions. The tech part of the second interview was a bit tricky. They asked me to find a logical error in some code and then to find the middle node of a linked list. After the interview, they gave me a $15 online coupon for their products. In the end, I didn't get an offer. It was super competitive with a thousand new grads applying for just 13 spots.

So, the interview process had two parts. First, there was a technical interview held on my college campus. After that, I had a second round which included two technical interviews at their offices.
