Product Support Engineer
The interview process had 3 rounds. The first round was a basic technical and informational check by a senior team member. The second round was with a manager, focusing on your background, customer-facing scenarios, and technical questions. The third round was an HR interview.
- What's your approach to dealing with an upset customer?
Applications Support Engineer
I applied online and talked to a recruiter who set up an interview. They were interested in a phone interview and I gave them my availability. They never called. Another person took over the interview process. It started with a phone interview where we talked about my experience and my knowledge of the company. After that, a face-to-face interview was set up with two members of the app support team. You briefly describe your experience. They'll ask some general behavioral/technical questions. You'll be asked to do a presentation for them. For me, it was just walking them through the workflow of dealing with angry customers.
- Could you describe your process for handling an irate customer?
Application Support Engineer
First, an internal recruiter screens you. Then, there are 3 online interview stages: one with the recruiter, one with the support manager, and one with the support team lead. After that, the internal recruiter confirms the job and sends over the job application. Finally, onboarding happens.
- Can you explain what a SPA is?
- Could you describe the structure of a webpage?
