Behavioral Technical Presentation

We had a 3 round interview process. It started with an HR call, then I talked to the manager about technical stuff, then I got a take home assessment. The final round was a panel interview where I had to present my assessment.

Behavioral Technical

I had a really bad experience with OneTrust's hiring. They said there would be four interviews, but then added a fifth one because my feedback on one was just okay. I passed that too. After all five rounds, they didn't offer me the job, saying they had to restructure internally. They weren't sure if the job would be in Madrid or London, but they said I was the only one they were considering. Then, they told me they decided on Madrid, but now there was another candidate, and it was between me and them. They said they'd get back to me, but I never heard anything again. I spent over a month preparing for these interviews and was really interested in the role, but it felt like they wasted my time and didn't value my effort. The lack of communication made me not trust their process, and I'd tell others to be careful.

The whole process moved fast, which was great since I'd been job hunting for 6 months. First, I had a recruiter call, then got an assignment and prep for a presentation. The presentation was with my direct manager and a senior leader, followed by a meeting with the global head of the team. The recruiter kept in touch after each stage and asked for my feedback, which was nice.
