Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at OneTrust.
Account Manager
There were several conversations with both the manager and other colleagues. Overall, it was very pleasant and structured, with a can-do mentality. Great colleagues with a lot of know-how. They are growing strongly in Germany and want to tap into the market there quickly.
- What was your previous method for winning deals? MEDDIC etc.
Account Manager
The process involved meeting the hiring manager, the team, and a presentation with the MD and Offering manager. It wasn't too complicated, felt like a two-way street, and I'm excited to start. Some roles at this level can take 6-8 rounds, but this was good, offering plenty of chances to talk to team members and ask questions.
- Can you tell me about your average deal sizes and targets you've achieved?
- What motivates your interest in joining OneTrust?
Account Manager
It took me about two months. They reached out to me on LinkedIn. First, I had a call with HR. Then, I spoke with someone from the sales or channel team. After that, there was a case study and presentation about a product, which involved 10 slides and a lot of questions. Finally, there was a last call with HR.
- I prepared and delivered a case study presentation.
