The process was a bit up and down. Several video interviews were scheduled promptly, but then there was radio silence from the company for over a month. Suddenly, I received a request for a 15-30 minute in-person interview at their office within just a couple of business days. This was a tough ask since I'm currently employed, and honestly, it could have easily been done via video call. The interviewers mentioned I'd hear back in a few days, but it's been weeks and I haven't heard anything.

Behavioral Case Presentation

First, there was a phone interview. Then, a face-to-face interview followed, which included a role-play scenario. In this role-play, the interviewer pretended to be a customer interested in buying a phone, and I had to act as the sales representative, persuading them to buy the phone model I own. It was important to ask the customer questions to understand what phone would best suit them. When they tried to make excuses not to buy or wanted to end the call without a purchase, I had to rebut their objections.

Group Behavioral Case

You'll start in a room with a whiteboard containing questions for the first group activity, led by two people who want to assess your speaking clarity. Then, you'll team up with other candidates for a second group activity where you'll collaboratively solve a caller's problem based on presented scenarios. The lead interviewer will be quite firm, testing your composure as they challenge your responses. Remember to follow standard customer service protocol: start by thanking the caller, state your name, ask how you can help, address them formally (Mr./Mrs. Last Name), and gather necessary account information. The scenarios involved dealing with service interruptions (equipment issues, resets, DVR problems) and handling an overcharge on a statement to prevent customer churn. Following the role-plays, the group will discuss what went well and what could be improved, just like in quality coaching. Afterward, interviewers will deliberate and announce who moves forward. Paperwork will follow, and upon completion, you'll receive your start date and information about your first day, which includes a photo for your access badge. Training spans five weeks, during which you'll receive your base pay.

Behavioral Technical

So the application and interview process was pretty straightforward at first, but the experience after the interview has been really disappointing. I interviewed back in September 2025, and it's been almost five months with absolutely zero communication from them. I've sent two follow-up emails and made two calls, and the only thing I heard back in November was that a decision was coming soon and I should expect a call within two weeks. Well, that call never happened. It's kind of ironic, considering they market themselves on having "genuine connections" with their employees and customers, but this total lack of basic professional courtesy really doesn't line up with that.
