Super smooth process. Rebecca at Reify was the most pleasant and helpful HR person I've ever met. It was 3 rounds total: first, a screening call with HR. Second, I talked with 2-3 other people, including the manager and some associates. Third, there was a group presentation.

The interview process started with a 30-minute screening call with a recruiter, followed by another 30-minute screening call with a different recruiter. Then, there were two back-to-back interviews with the hiring managers that lasted 1.5 hours. After that, I had another 30-minute call with a recruiter. The final stage was a 1-hour case study presentation with 4 managers. I spent about 2 hours preparing and practicing for the case study. Although the initial recruiter mentioned it would be a 2-week process, it actually took a month. I had to take PTO to fit their schedule. For an entry-level position, the process felt very demanding and mentally exhausting, especially while balancing a full-time job and personal life. I believe their extensive interview process, involving speaking with someone five times, might lead them to lose good candidates and they should reconsider its necessity.

Behavioral Case Presentation

I had two phone interviews first, and then a super day. They sent me a case study about three days before my in person super day to finish up. I met with five different people on the Reify team, and met the CEO as my last interview. Everyone was super nice and didn't ask any tricky questions. (Fingers crossed I get the offer!)
