The interview process was a good experience, with friendly people at every step. The recruiter was the best I've met. I made it to the final stage but they went with another candidate, a rehire, which is fine. Every interviewer talked about wanting outside perspective because the team has been there a long time and to help refine their culture of meaningful change. I felt neutral about the experience due to the circumstances but appreciated the feedback after 4 interviews. Most interviews were formal/conversational, with few traditional STAR questions.

It was a quick and easy interview process. I really liked talking to both the director and the recruiter. There were two interviews in total, one with the recruiter and one with the director. They were both very welcoming and answered all of my questions. Just make sure you know about the position you're applying for, and you should be good to go.

My interview was postponed by several weeks, which made me feel like a ghost candidate for the position. The hiring manager appeared to be friendly and somewhat professional. During the interview, the hiring manager mentioned that she has an internal candidate who was a better fit for the role and suggested I apply for another position instead so I don’t waste any time. This experience made me feel strung along and insulted, It left me questioning why the Sr Recruiter even invited me to interview in the first place. I wouldn't want to work for a company that treats candidates and employees this way.

Process was pretty smooth. Generic behavioural questions were asked during the majority of the interview discussions. Interviewed for a product manager role. Then was told by the hiring manager that I would be a better fit for another team. I interviewed for a product management role with the other team. Gave a total of at least 5-6 interviews in total. After going through so much, they didn’t bother to say whether I was selected or not. Have been following up since 3 months. I got responses a couple of times saying I am still being considered and then finally the hr stopped responding in the last 3 weeks.

  • Why are you interested in Workday?
  • Can you share some generic behavioral questions related to a PM role?
