The interview was in-person at the Skysong Office and had 3 rounds with different people. The first one was the longest and was a technical test with a coding challenge. I had to check if a string of brackets like (), [], {} was balanced. This showed my problem-solving and Python algorithm skills. The second interview was with the tech lead, more of a chat about my background and why I'm a good fit. It wasn't about coding but more how I approach engineering, teamwork, and solving problems. The last interview was short, with the COO, who wanted to know my personality and asked about my biggest weakness. It was a solid process, mixing tech skills and checking if I'd fit in. The team was professional and nice.

Technical Behavioral

The interview process was very unprofessional. There was no prior information about the interview rounds. It felt more like a self-interview with no interaction, which was robotic. Despite the lack of professionalism during the interview, they ghosted me afterwards. Based on this experience, I have doubts about the company's work ethics and professionalism.

The interview process involved 5 rounds, meeting with the Head of Operations, Technical Lead, Senior Technical Lead, Senior Software Manager India, and finally the CEO. I was looking to learn new technologies, and the CEO assured me this was the right place for that. The offered salary was decent, and they mentioned mid-year appraisals and other benefits besides CTC, which sounds promising. I haven't joined yet as I'm still on my notice period, but if these benefits are true, it seems like a good company.
