Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at ONEOK.
Intern
Scheduling was easy, it was a solid experience with welcoming people, pretty good process overall. Heard back shortly after the interview process (within a day or so). Great company with great core values.
- What does safety mean to you?
Intern
I got a call from the company a few hours after the career fair to set up an interview for the next day. The interview was about 30 minutes long and it felt more like a casual chat to get to know me rather than a real interview, which makes sense since it was for an internship. They didn't ask any technical questions, just a couple of behavioral ones.
- Tell me about a time you failed at something and how you handled it or solved the problem.
Intern
It was a two-round internship interview process. The first round was with a manager, and the second round was with leaders. It was really friendly, and there was a guide to walk you through. They really respected you as an interviewee.
- Describe your experience working as part of a team.
- Can you share an instance where you encountered a conflict and how you handled it?
