The interview process was casual and relaxed, with the hiring manager on-site. Most of the questions focused on my prior experience. The hiring manager was looking for someone who could support operations for the gas compression and other process-related equipment installed at the location.

I interviewed on campus, and it was a 1:1. The interviewer was nice and said there were no trick questions. I passed that and had to go to a second round in Tulsa, OK. I drove there and had two panel interviews, each was 2:1 and lasted an hour. They were all VPs and seemed pretty serious, not very social. The questions came from a packet and were sometimes very different from each other, making it hard to use past experiences. Everyone I saw seemed older.

So basically, I was greeted by like 5 people, which felt like some sort of pre-interview, even though they tried to play it off. I had to fill out some forms and then they asked me general stuff about my classes. About 7 minutes after that, I met the actual interviewer. The interview itself was pretty standard, mostly behavioral, and they asked me about my past work experiences.
