I applied online and then got an email the same day asking me to call to schedule a phone interview. The whole process took about two weeks. The phone interview was easy and included behavioral questions. The process is very disorganized as I was getting calls from different people in different States (3 people), then I was scheduled to meet with the district manager for an interview. I declined the offer once I was told that my salary would be $30k/year and it includes overnight travel to assist in other locations.

The hiring manager was really unprofessional. I had to wait at his desk while he got the interview questions emailed to him from his boss. He then spent 30 minutes talking about how he dislikes drama and prefers to be left alone. He also described One Main as basically legalized loan sharks and stated their clients are from the 'Wal-mart' demographic. Additionally, he mentioned he's in no hurry to hire because he doesn't like the inconvenience of training new people. The experience left a bad impression, and I knew I wouldn't be offered the job, nor would I have accepted it.

Great company I got a call from a recruiter in Texas who understood I only worked with large Fortun500 companies. She thought I should give them a try and I might like them. Then I met with the operations manager, no supervisor. He was cool. The last question was, can you report on Monday? Yes.
