The interview process started with a phone call, then I spoke with the Branch Manager, and finally the Regional Manager. Each interview was scheduled for 20 minutes but actually ran about 90 minutes. This was the 15th company I interviewed with in the past few months. They asked standard questions, and I was prepared for all of them. About a week after the last interview, they called with an offer and gave me 48 hours to decide.

Behavioral

I've enjoyed the process so far. I met with the hiring manager at a career fair and felt a good connection. I feel a little indifferent about the business because it's giving out loans to people with low credit, and it kind of feels unethical. At the same time, there's a reason it's available and there's a business for it; people with low credit need loans, that's simple.

Behavioral Technical

I applied online and had to take an assessment. A recruiter contacted me a few days later. The interview was a typical sales interview, asking things like 'tell me about a time you dealt with a difficult customer.' The pay is really low and the job requires working weekends. I didn't get a chance to ask any questions about the role. They didn't even inquire about my educational background. It feels like they just need bodies to answer phones and handle collections.
