They invited me to record my interview and gave me the questions beforehand, which I thought was a cool process. I was told there’d be a Zoom meeting the following week to tell me more about the role and let me ask questions. I submitted my recorded interview, but they never scheduled the second/live part of the interview. I emailed a week later to follow up, but never heard back. It’s incredibly unprofessional to not follow through on the process you’ve laid out and then ghost someone, just a massive waste of my time.

The interview process was thoughtfully designed and comprehensive. It began with an initial chat focused on culture and values. Following that, I was given a work sample to complete. This work sample was then discussed during a panel interview, which also involved technical questions relevant to the position.

The interview process began with a video call with one employee, which was pretty standard. After that, I was given a sample work assignment that was relevant to the role. I had about a week to complete and submit it. It was a really professional experience overall.
