It was a Teams video interview that lasted about 45 minutes. Interestingly, none of the hiring team had their cameras on. They asked me about what I know about the role I'm applying for, and also more about my previous experience, and to explain some challenges I've faced.

The interview process began with a telephone interview, followed by online cognitive and personality tests. Next, there was a face-to-face interview where the cognitive test was redone. The final stage was an assessment centre. At the assessment centre, there were 5 tasks: a research-based group task, an individual phone task, an elevator pitch that was filmed, a high-pressure interview, and a one-to-one interview. The assessors were a mix of the sales and recruitment teams. My group had about 10 people. The atmosphere felt relaxed but professional, though we were constantly being observed with about one assessor for every two people. The sales team assessors for the first two tasks seemed to have different expectations, with one female assessor being particularly hard to impress. In the one-on-one interviews, they started with general questions to make us comfortable before moving to specifics.

Behavioral Technical Group Presentation

It was a 3-stage assessment. Part 1 was a telephone interview and an online home assessment. Part 2 involved an in-person one-to-one interview with more assessments. Part 3 consisted of group challenges, independent assessments, and interviews. The first two days were pretty relaxed, but the group day was packed with unexpected challenges, though it was fun and gave a good taste of the job. Food and drinks were provided, and the staff were generally nice.
