The interview experience was alright. I didn't have to strain myself too much to engage with your website in that peculiar way they set it up. I think Glassdoor needs to find a better way to make money.

Applied online, then got an email from advanced with links to two online tests/surveys. One was a survey on behavior, the second an IQ test with numerical and language skills (simple questions). After the online test, a quick phone call asked personal background questions and invited me to the assessment centre. No technical questions so far. On the assessment centre day, I met other candidates, 2 managers + 1 HR. Started with more company info, then group activities (easy and relaxing). Then a role-play scenario acting as the job role with a manager as the customer, solving a realistic problem through a phone call and email reply. Finally, had to do the online test again. Basically no technical questions, a relax day. They don't tell you if you failed; no contact means rejection. A possible 1:1 interview after the day's activities; if it didn't happen, likely rejected.

Advanced Recruitment reached out after seeing my CV on Reed. We chatted about my current job and background. Then I had to do some online tests, both cognitive and personality. After that, there was a phone call to go over how I did and they invited me to their offices to retake the test. I had an interview with a recruitment advisor at their head offices which felt more like a casual chat. I did the tests again. Finally, I was invited to a group assessment day. It involved a customer service role play, a logic and aptitude activity, and writing a report on how I'd handle a customer complaint. The day concluded with an interview with one of their Help Desk Managers.
