Customer Service Representative
It was a pretty simple process. First, there was an online test, followed by a group interview where they looked at your individual and teamwork skills. Finally, there was a call test to see how you handled pressure from an unhappy customer.
- Complete a group task involving set team activities to demonstrate your teamwork capabilities.
- Participate in a call test designed to assess your response to pressure from an irate caller.
Customer Support Representative
I submitted my application online. Later, I got an email asking me to do an online assessment through hirebridge. It had two parts: a 15-minute personality test and then a cognitive test with 50 questions to be completed in 15 minutes. The cognitive questions were like the practice ones, but they got harder as I went. I thought the test was alright, but it was tough to finish all the questions in the given time. About a week later, I heard back via email that my application wouldn't move forward.

Customer Support Representative
The process was straightforward. First, you had to do an online aptitude and personality test. If you passed that, you'd get invited to an assessment day. On assessment day, you get to meet your potential future team and managers. They'll tell you about the company and the job. The people assessing you are nice and will interview you one-on-one later that day in a chill setting.
- What makes you a good fit for this job?
- What's your motivation for joining our company?
- Could you describe your relevant experience for this position?
