The interview process began with a phone call consultation, followed by a psychometric test covering numeracy and reasoning. Next was a 1:1 interview that included a repeat of the psychometric test. The final stage was an assessment day, lasting from 10 am to 4:30 pm with about 20 people. This day involved providing solutions to a 'client' and a final presentation, a mock telephone call with a customer, a priority task, and a group interview to gauge pressure handling. There was also a 30-second recorded pitch on why they should hire you, a written numeracy task, and a written email response task. Overall, the day was fun and challenging, emphasizing the need to be a well-rounded candidate who can handle pressure.

The interview process was okay, but had significant issues at the assessment centre. The assessors seemed young and immature, with one making inappropriate jokes. My fellow candidate and I found the instructions for the first task unclear, which impacted my solution as I was unsure of the steps. The assessors were inattentive during the group work, and one lady was dismissive and condescending when we presented our ideas. The company falsely advertised this as a graduate position when it's actually an entry-level sales executive role, open to candidates with minimal qualifications. It seems they've replaced experienced staff with students willing to work for less. If you're looking for a workplace with immature individuals, dishonesty, and a lack of clarity, this is it. I knew I wouldn't proceed after leaving.

It began with an online aptitude test covering numerical, reasoning, and cognitive skills. I got a call afterwards saying I was close but not quite there, but that the test is repeated in the one-to-one interview and people tend to do better. So, after a quick phone interview, I was invited to the actual interview. The one-to-one went really well. They make you do the test again, and I did improve. The person interviewing was super nice, and the questions are mostly competency-based, so make sure you have some real examples to share. The vibe was pretty relaxed, and the office is cool. I really liked the interview and was asked back for the final part, the group assessment center. Sadly, I had an eye issue a few days before and couldn't make it.
