It was a pretty standard interview setup. They had me do a recorded interview with 13 questions. They were looking to see how good I am at English and at interpreting between English and Hebrew. It was a mix of questions about my experiences and some live translation to check my fluency and accuracy. The questions were easy to understand and the system was easy to use, so it was a smooth process for anyone who knows languages well.

There were standard personal questions and then a test of interpreting skills. The questions were easy, but the test was too hard. I'm concerned because they mentioned that new hires get a few days of training, which doesn't seem sufficient for handling long calls involving sensitive information and anxious clients.
