It was a pretty standard interview setup. They had me do a recorded interview with 13 questions. They were looking to see how good I am at English and at interpreting between English and Hebrew. It was a mix of questions about my experiences and some live translation to check my fluency and accuracy. The questions were easy to understand and the system was easy to use, so it was a smooth process for anyone who knows languages well.

Short interview, half in English and half in Spanish. They ask you to interpret a brief, simple situation. They ask about your personality, if you have experience working in English, and about your work experience.

The interview was a breeze and super fast. They gave a quick rundown of the job and the company perks. The interviewer was really nice and made things clear. We did a short roleplay in both English and Spanish. Then came the training, which was a whole week. Sadly, I didn't get the job. The training wasn't that helpful; it was pretty disorganized and didn't really cover all the knowledge needed for an interpreter role.
