Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at One Stop Stores.
Shift Manager
It was a really easy, basic interview. Very informal and relaxed. They used paper based questions that the interviewer asked and then went through and added the score up. The score depends on an offer or not.
- Can you tell me about your past experience?
- What are your customer service skills like?
Shift Leader
We started with some ice breakers, then we talked about how you'd stay focused when working by yourself without anyone watching, and also how you'd handle getting tasks done.
- How do you keep yourself motivated during extended work shifts?
Shift Supervisor
This interview process was very relaxed and welcoming. My manager provided me with a very clear understanding of the core responsibilities of the role and what was to be expected of me.
- Tell me how you found out about this job opening.
