It was a really easy, basic interview. Very informal and relaxed. They used paper based questions that the interviewer asked and then went through and added the score up. The score depends on an offer or not.

The interview was pretty simple and followed a packet of questions from management. I chatted with the shift leader, who was really nice. The whole thing took about 25 minutes, including a bit of chat before and after the questions. The questions were pretty basic and easy to answer, but they didn't really ask much about availability or contracted hours.
