This was my second phone interview for the Recruiter position. It was a bit different from other phone interviews because it involved a role-playing exercise. I was excited to participate. Although I didn't get the job, I have the utmost respect for the company. I also appreciated that they were well-prepared, had reviewed my resume thoroughly, and had many questions ready.

My interview process involved a 30-minute phone screen with the VP of Recruiting, then a 30-minute video interview with the Recruiting Manager, and finally an onsite interview with four people. One Medical's recruiting team was super efficient and organized. The recruiting manager made the whole process smooth and I always knew what was coming next. The interview schedule detailed what each person would focus on, and I was prepped via phone beforehand. The onsite was challenging but fair, and everyone I met was really nice and engaging. They said I'd get feedback in a few days. Sadly, I didn't get an offer, but the recruiting manager personally called to give me the team's feedback, which was super helpful and actually helped me get my current job. I've had some really bad onsite experiences, so I have to give props to the team, especially the recruiting manager, for making it a great experience.

First call was super basic, just got company info, didn't even have to talk about my background, then got moved to a second call with a TA manager. That second interview went okay, but then I had to do some sourcing "homework" before the on-site interviews.
